About AlliedCook
Our History
AlliedCook Construction is a commercial construction management firm. Our company was established in Portland, ME in 1958 by Donald W. Cook. He owned and managed the firm until 1977 when his son, David H. Cook became President. It was in the mid-1970’s that AlliedCook transition transitioned from a general contractor to a Construction Management firm. Today, David remains President of AlliedCook. In addition to David, a third generation of the Cook family are stakeholders. Sons, Daniel and Matthew Cook, joined David as owners of the company in 2007. Read Bios of the AlliedCook Owners.

Our Team
AlliedCook has many skilled, professional people in key positions. Our experienced staff of estimators, project managers and superintendents are all highly skilled, top caliber people with the ability to manage complex projects. Several of our employees have long histories with our company and some have been with AlliedCook for over 40 years.
