Many of our projects often involve some kind of historic restoration, especially here in Maine. Our experience includes a diverse range of projects such as academic facilities, municipal buildings, hotels and senior living facilities. AlliedCook also has significant experience working with the historic tax credit process. In fact we were proud to deliver one of the first building projects that utilized Maine’s Historic Tax Incentive Program.
AlliedCook recently completed the construction of Bessey Commons, an adaptive reuse of the historic Bessey School into senior housing.
