Project Summary

AlliedCook was hired to convert this obsolete distribution facility located on a vacant lot at the intersections of Franklin and Commercial streets into a new luxury waterfront Hotel.  The Hilton Garden Inn is a Design/Build project.

Completed in 2003, the hotel is 77,000 SF and 6-stories allowing for 120 guest rooms.  The hotel features two state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a breakfast café, lounge, banquet rooms, indoor heated pool & whirlpool, a complete fitness facility and a convenience mart.
