Project Summary

Sysco, a leader in food distribution to restaurants and educational and healthcare facilities, needed a new warehouse to accommodate their growing needs. AlliedCook provided construction services for their new 71,500-SF warehouse building located in Westbrook, as well as a conversion of an existing warehouse into additional storage space.

The climate-controlled warehouse includes refrigerated storage areas for meat products as well as dry storage areas.

During construction, AlliedCook was responsible for meeting strict USDA requirements for the facility.
