Project Summary

The final of many projects at Sysco Foods, formerly Jordan’s Meats, AlliedCook completed this Design/Build CM project in 1999.  The new facility consisted of 71,500 SF new building and converted the existing warehouse into additional storage space.  The climate-controlled warehouse includes refrigerated storage areas for meat products as well as dry storage areas.  During construction, AlliedCook was responsible for meeting strict USDA requirements for the facility.
