Project Summary

AlliedCook was hired as the construction manager to convert this obsolete distribution facility located at the intersections of Fore, Franklin and Commercial streets into the waterfront Hotel.  

Completed in 2003, the hotel is 77,000 SF and 6-stories allowing for 120 guest rooms.  The hotel features two state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a breakfast café, lounge, banquet rooms, indoor heated pool & whirlpool, a complete fitness facility and a convenience mart.
