Project Summary

The Portland Harbor Hotel is located in the historic downtown waterfront and shopping district of Portland.  In July 2002, Allied/Cook completed the initial construction of the four-story, 87-room hotel and returned in the fall of 2007 to complete a renovation and addition to the building.  These changes included an enhancement to Eve’s at the Garden, transforming the patio area into a cozy, contemporary space,  an addition of a high-end luxury suites, and the expansion of the fitness center and state-of-the-art conference room.
