Project Summary

In February 2009, the new Scarborough Sebago Brewing Company opened for business. The 7,500 SF restaurant features a large handmade bar, lounge and silo-room.

Allied/Cook worked with Sebago Brewing to establish CUSTOM GREEN INITIATIVES

• High R-value rigid and spray foam insulation
• Structural steel contains 99% recycled content
• Energy conserving light control system
• High efficiency HVAC equipment
