Project Summary

Completed in a rigorous 11-month schedule, Coliseum Senior Residence’s new 5-story, 39,000SF addition features forty apartments catering to the 55+ community.  The one-and-two bedroom apartments have been built so that conversion to handicap accessibility can be easily achieved; all units are equipped with ADA restrooms.  

Exercise and activity rooms, a library and sitting areas were incorporated and the facility also features a community dining and kitchen area.  The community room and gathering space features large windows overlooking the pergola-covered patio. 

AlliedCook also updated the mechanical systems and performed cosmetic renovations to the community spaces in the original building while fully occupied.
