GREEN INITIATIVES

  • Water use minimized by highly efficient plumbing systems and appropriate landscaping
  • The exterior envelope and innovative mechanical systems, including chilled beams and heat recovery units,  optimizes energy performance
  • Construction ‘waste’ was recycled, reused or otherwise diverted from landfills
  • Building materials all have high recycled content and were locally sourced
  • In order to maintain a healthy indoor environment, the building finishes were low- or no-VOC and contained no urea formaldehyde
