Project Summary

AlliedCook completed the 10,000 SF renovation of a former farmer’s market into Mercy Primary Care’s full-service South Gorham Crossing location in 2009. 

The wood-famed building features a gabled entrance to the main lobby leading into separate wings for Primary care and Express care.  The Primary care wing includes 10 exam rooms and 4 private offices for physicians and nurse Practitioners, while the Express care wing has 6 exam rooms.  The medical facility also incorporated a diagnostic x-ray room, on-site lab services and ambulance bays on the east side of the building with motion-activated lighting.  An attractive custom cupola finishes this exterior of this CM renovation.
