Project Summary

This 22,000 sf, state of the art auto dealership was completed in 2006 for Prime Motor Cars’ Mercedes Benz dealership.  The facility is located on Route One in Scarborough, ME.  Some features of the buildng include a tiled service shop, a drive through service drop off area, cathedral ceilings in the showroom, and a wireless communications system.

Allied/Cook has since been hired to construct more dealership projects for Prime Motor Cars.
