AlliedCook served as Construction Manager on the 12,000-SF addition to the Toyota and Scion Service Area which added 12 new mechanic service bays, a new alignment bay, a new car wash bay and men’s/women’s locker rooms.
Once the Service Area was completed, renovations were made to the showroom and a 2,200-SF New Care Delivery Area addition.
The showroom renovations were completed while the dealership remained open with minimal disruptions to daily operations.
