Located at the corner of Brackett and Pine Streets in Portland’s historic West End, this new 45,000-SF, mixed-use development project will include 39 upscale, professional-class apartments with two ground-floor retail units on the first floor. An internal parking garage will also be included in the new building.
The design of this “timeless” building responds to the existing neighboring historic buildings through scale, texture and rhythm.
West End Place will be built to LEED standards and include solar panels and a rooftop deck.
